Refunds

My debit that was originally used for ny purchase has been compromised, and I have a new debit card. I cannot get any response from EBay on what I need to do to receive my refund on a new debit card. Please help!!!

Payment processors can only refund to the original payment on record.

You will need to ask your bank what happens when refunds are sent to the old debit card.

If you have the same bank account do not worry, the refund should go into your bank account no problem. If you no longer have the check account it was attached to then you need to call your bank.
