Refunding overpayment of shipping - where do I do that???

My buyer paid almost twice what the actual shipping was and I want to refund the difference.  It used to be easy - head over to Paypal, find the transaction and send them money back.

I have looked everywhere and can't find a link to do this anymore.  The payment didn't come through Paypal, so it's not there.  And, nothing in the transaction info shows a place to do this or offer it as an option.

Did Ebay remove this function to refund?  I have great feedback because I refund when shipping is too much.  I don't want to start getting negative feedback now.

In the seller hub, go to your Orders, find the right one and click on the little arrow head. Should be in the list that shows up.
