If it's the item you left a negative feedback for, it looks like your seller acknowledges your Return claim. Did you receive a return shipping label? If so, return the item to your seller for your refund. If not, return to the case (when allowed) and escalate it to eBay. The eBay Money Back Guarantee is iron-clad for buyers when used properly. If the seller doesn't accept the return and provide a shipping label, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
