I can't add an automatic payment method. Help!!!

I want to start selling on ebay, and I read that before activating a seller account, I need to add an automatic payment method. But I cannot find where I can configure this. How do I activate my merchant account correctly?

You have to sign up for Managed Payments, providing a checking account and the last 4 of your SSN.

In the Seller Hub, click the Payments tab and see if you can sign up.

As Ken said, you need to sign up for Managed Payments first. However, since you are in the Ukraine, you will not be asked for an SSN - that's for USA sellers only. You will either need to attach a bank account, or a Payoneer account, I'm not sure which is used for sellers in the Ukraine.

Adding an automatic payment method comes after that, near the end of the registration process.
