I need to issue a refund to my buyer for item 124568835829 it says I’m not enrolled I managed payments. How do I fix this and send the refund?  Thanks!

Why are you trying to refund them?

Do they want to cancel?

Since you're not enrolled in Managed Payments, you'll handle refunds just as you always have. (I've been in MP for a year-and-a-half, but if I remember correctly, your refunds have to go through PayPal.) Make sure you have enough funds (after their cut) to issue the full refund. Good luck.

can't you just go to the listing, click on the down arrow and then click on the refund option?  That should be available even if you aren't in MP.
