Refund

I needed to refund a buyer and since I can no longer use PayPal, I needed to do it through eBay.  I looked for the instructions to do so which were a pain to find and then when I attempted to follow the instructions, nothing worked. I ended up having to just cancel the order for an incorrect reason as eBay offered no option where I could explain the situation.   If I am able to return to using PayPal, please let me know, as I had no issues when using it.

Go to the item sold list then go to the drop down list open the drop down list  go down the list to the bottom and you will find the refund the buyer. Hit that and refund your buyer it's like magic when you know where to look.
