Hello everyone. I requested a refund for a lost shipment. On Ebay stands that the refund has been sent and that I will receive it in the next 3 days. But I cannot receive the refund on the bank card that was used to pay. That card has been blocked due to an attempted theft of money. I previously added another card to the eBay site, but the refund description states that the money will be returned to the old - blocked bank card. What should I do now? Thanks for the reply.

The only way you're going to receive the refund is to the same payment source you used to make the purchase.
You will need to contact your bank to let them know a refund was sent to the card that was closed, they should be able to sort that out.

The question now is,
Why does eBay ask us to add cards when it can't process the payments ?

If there's an issue with the card you have on file, eBay will ask for another form of payment.
It's not the same as getting a refund after you have paid and canceled the card. Two completely different scenarios.

Is not a question about issue, I have no any issue.
eBay asks us to add cards because of their money, what now when it comes to my money ? Now it can't return to another card ? Funny and sad.
I have paypal account and in future I will use it to the maximum, just that I no longer pay with cards directly.
