Recent payment is on hold…

I am a long time eBay buyer and seller.  I just sold something and I am now being told the payment is on hold.  I have not been given and reason for this hold and I have no way of contacting eBay for more details.  As stated I have an active member of eBay for years and have 100% positive feedback.  All the help articles state I should hav received a message from eBay explaining why my funds are going to be held for nearly a month.  This is unacceptable.

I think your pause in sales may have caused the payment holds.

I had 3 listings I. The last 60 days and 3 sales.  What pause?  The payments for the previous 2 sales were not held.  This is unacceptable with no explanation.

Until April of this year, it does not look like you have sold anything in the past year.  I cannot see everything, but it was my best guess for a reason.
