Hello all, looking for some advice here.

I had a buyer, international and using a freight forwarder, ask for a payment extension citing that their linked credit card/debit card has reached the monthly maximum they may submit through Paypal.

I acknowledge this could very well be legitimate as I'm not familiar with limitations on monthly transactions, but the buyer has over 400 reviews as a buyer.

read the link and wow didn't know they had this limit. It doesn't say though there's a limit to bank transfers, ask the buy to try to attach their bank account to paypal.

Is the item a high risk item like a phone or video game system going to South America or worse, Mexico? I would cancel with buyer did not pay. They shouldn't be shopping anywhere if they have maxed out their card. Do them a favor and CANCEL WITH BUYER DID NOT PAY. I have never had any box arrive to Mexico. Not even the Ebay International Shipping program will ship there.
