Purchased gift cards and they have no funds

What are you suppose to do with empty gift cards that was bought at 8:45am paid for by 8:57 and no funds by 11:00am

First never buy gift cards. They are bad news.

Next  wait a bit longer. It can take several hours for them to become active.

Last keep your receipt and go back to the store where you purchased it from.

If you buy them in a store where they 'sit on a shelf' accessible to anyone; they have been 'removed'; scratched off, recorded, fake 'scratch' label attached and returned to the store. Software will tell these thieves when $$ are loaded on a card, they have the number and can empty it by purchasing things on line (or in person, depending on type of card).

Why are you posting about this on ebay? Did you buy the cards from a seller here? If so, open a case for NAD (not as described). 

If you didn't buy from ebay, ebay has nothing to do with the transaction and can't help you.

You tried to use them too soon. They take up to 4 hrs to activate after buying them.
