Problems with express pay.

I have had an eBay account for 24 years now. For the past decade I have used only one checking account as payment and selling fees. This is not on PayPal this is on the eBay platform.

For the past year I have tried to sign up for express pay on several occasions. Each attempt is met with an error that my account details are not correct. I can enter the debit card but am asked to provide my entire checking account number to verify. eBay has had my checking account number for years. It is my primary payout and selling fees account. I have tried both the account number only, and then the entire account including routing information. No go. The bank information even matches what is in my profile.

Why can't I sign up for express pay?

That happened to me too but then yesterday I noticed I did not get my daily payout so I put a new card in as an old one expired.  Then today they charged me 2$ for express payout when I don't remember asking for that.  Honestly your better off with the daily payouts now I am afraid they will keep doing this ugg.  Sorry I can't be of help but I am sure they would love to help you and charge you an extra fee for your money.
