Hello anyone. I have a problem with order. Today I tried to buy something. I used Google Pay for paying, and my money was wrote off, but I take message with mistake (on screenshot). What I should do for buying?

Do you have another means of payment? You may want to try that and see if it works for you.

Have you verified that the seller accepts payments from Ukraine?

I used PayPal for paying and it helped me

AFAIK only certain banks support GooglePay - You would have to research in the Ukraine to see if any of your banks actually support it
