Problems verifying documents for managed payments

I am selling through ebay managed payments for a month. 11 days ago i got email "IMPORTANT NOTICE from eBay Managed Payments - Your Action is Needed" and that i have to send my ID and bank statement. I have sent documents right after i got the email, and got message that i will get answer in 24-48 hours.

 

3 days later still no answer. I contact support through live chat, they tell me that they escalated problem to back office and that someone will contact me in next 2 days. Again no answer so i again contacted them, again same answer. I already contacted them atleast 5 times, every time they "escalate" and "someone will review and contact me" but no movement.

 

11 days passed now and i still have my payous on hold, noone reviewed documents, noone told me how long it will actually take, they all say to wait 2-3 days over and over... 

 

Did anyone have such problem? I can still sell, but payouts are on hold so i cant get to my money so i dont want to sell because i dont know when will i get my money.

At this point I would contact ebay via Facebook

They are very helpful and might be able to assist with verifying your information

I get this message when i try to get that facebook page. I tried to contact them on "Ebay" page on facebook, but they told me to try to contact on ebay again "cause sensitive information"...

When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted.

I didn't see you say here that you actually got to the Managed Payments team.  When I had a similar problem the normal normal help staff could not help. If you request the MP  team they will transfer you. Then you will get the name of someone to track your case.

I got to MP team few times, but they always say that they will escalate issue to back office, they cant check because of sensitive information, they have checked all data and it is okay, but they have to send to back office for approval... All the time spinning in circle to "wait for 3 days" but i never get answer.

Still nothing, looks like that even them dont know what is the problem... Once my bank account is waiting for verification, second time bank account is verified, but my ID is not, third time my bank account is not verified cause i need to upload bank statement... And all the time spinning me in circle...

Hi there, I'm new.... did eBay ever fix or update your ID.... im stuck at the same point... i got the wait 2 day mark now...
