Problem with setting up payoneer account

Hello!
I have a problem connecting payoneer to my ebay account.
I will write the situation here.
My EBAY account has been around since 2016 and is registered in the UK.
In the last two months I decided to start selling with my account, I connected a Payoneer account to my EBAY account, I verified the Payoneer account and everything worked great!

After a few days, my ebay account was blocked
EBAY suspected someone had accessed my account from a third party and for security purposes they blocked my account and requested that I contact them to recover my account.
After I verified my EBAY account with an EBAY representative and sent ID and other documents my account was restored!

I decided to reconnect my payoneer account to get it working again.
I start the connection process by connecting to the PAYONEER account through the payments page,

I am showing you here pictures of the whole payoneer connection process again.
*This is the same payoneer account I initially connected before my account was blocked and restored

It is needless to say that I have already spoken to the customer support of Payoneer and Ebay?
payoneer say the problem is on Ebay's side.
*I can definitely believe them, because I tried to connect another payoneer account (my brother's) a verified and new account, and it presented me with the same error.

After long conversations with EBAY with several representatives, no one gives me a solution!
They say the problem is on payoneer side
I am really helpless!
I can sell on EBAY and post listings, but all funds are kept on EBAY until I add a payment method.
The problem is that I can't add a payment method!
Right now I can't get my funds and not set up payoneer because I think there is a bug on EBAY that they don't acknowledge.
Has anyone encountered this problem or can give me an idea how to solve the problem?

Why are you trying to link a Payoneer account? The problem is you are not in a country that is required to use Payoneer for managed payments if you are in the UK.

OK, You're not in the UK. According to your profile you are registered in Isreal.

Your Payoneer account name and address has to exactly match the name and address on your eBay account.

The type of Payoneer account you link to eBay matters. If your eBay account is a personal account you must link an Individual Payoneer account. If you have a business eBay account you need a Company Payoneer account.

Were  you trying to link a Company Payoneer account to a personal eBay account?  If so that could be the problem.

It's true, I'm from Israel, but I initially registered with EBAY.CO.UK

The name and details match 100% on EBAY.
I was able to connect my PAYONEER and EBAY account on August 1st and even sold a few items, but after a few days the account was blocked, then I verified my account with ID and documents and EBAY returned my account.

After that I saw that on the "Payments" page
payoneer does not appear, I tried to add it again
Then I discovered the problem
Of course my account is Individual both EBAY and PAYONEER

No, EBAY is still trying to find a solution to fix it.
They have escalated this issue to their IT team (product development department)
And I'm waiting for updates that will fix this problem.

I doubt you'll get an answer it looks like the OP's account is gone. No profile no feedback nada.

Don't know if the OP will see your post. When clicking on feedback, nothing comes up currently so might have something to do with the conflict and eBay blocking any sales to/from Israel. Think the OP is having different issues. Originally, they were registered on eBay.uk and were trying to get things reset after going back to Israel using the same account. 

I suggest you start your own post. You are not contacting eBay employees posting here; we are USA buyers and sellers so can only offer suggestions. We don't use Payoneer, so most would not know what is required to fix any issues you might have.  Don't know if this link will help but might be a place to start.

You need to contact Payoneer and ask them.

What type of eBay account do you have?  You can sell on either type of eBay account.

If it is a personal eBay account you must link an Individual Payoneer account.

If your eBay account is a business account you link a Company Payoneer account.

Payoneer lets you know right away if linking was sucessful.

Then after sucessfully linking it takes eBay 2-4 weeks to complete the activation of your selling account. They'll send you  an email when you're  all set.

Mi cuenta de ebay es una cuenta personal y la de payonner es individual.

yo llevo mas de dos meses sin que se pueda agregar mi cuenta payonner en ebay, el problema surgió cuando decidí cambiar de cuenta payonner por otra, la cual ebay me borro la anterior pero no me dejo agragar la cuenta nueva, la información de la cuenta de payonner y la cuenta de ebay son idénticas, causa por la cual no se donde se encuentra el error, si alguien me recomienda una idea nueva que intentar se lo agradeceré.

Since what you're selling isn't allowed, you probably don't have to worry about it.
