Problem with buying items

I recently got eBay and eventually I was able to find something interesting and successfully bought it. But then I decided to buy more things and that’s when it started saying “Please check your payment details or use a different payment option”. I know for sure that it’s not a issue with money. If someone can please help me out that would be amazing.

Does that seller ship to the US? Are you in the US? You may want to use a different credit/debit card.
