Problem The case is pending Status

Hi,

I have a problem. I bought two laptops — one arrived without any issue, but the other one never did. The FedEx tracking shows it as “delivered” and “signed for,” but nobody signed for it. We checked our security cameras at the delivery time, and there is no sign of the laptop.

I asked the seller to open a case with FedEx, but I never received a response. After that, I contacted eBay for help, and they told me to wait until November 1 for an answer. Today is the 7th, and I still haven’t heard anything.

I’m not sure what else I can do at this point. Do you have any suggestions?

Follow the steps outlined.  Ultimately you may just need to file a fraud case with your payment source and mention you are  "a victim of fake tracking scam".   It helps to get a PGS location from FedEX of the actual delivery location, as well as the copy of who signed for it.

Whatever you  do, don't file an "item not received " case...the item was delivered just not to you.  I'd file a "not as described" case and wait for the return label to return the invisible lap top in an empty box.   Package it well with the GPS confirmation letter from FedEx inside.
