I am a long time buyer and seller on eBay. I have always had great customer service experience and experience overall with eBay. That is until the last year. I just had the most poor, unprofessional, and rude customer service. Besides the representative have a horrible sound device they were using, they could not provide me any solutions to my issue, and when I realized they were out of their depth and asked to speak to a supervisor they disconnected me. My funds keeping getting placed on hold from selling because eBay’s tracking system isn’t tracking the delivery of the package. Even after the buyer acknowledged recieving the product and leaving positive feedback, my funds were kept on hold. This has happened multiple times. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this fixed, and most of the time customer service representatives have been helpful and courteous, often escalating my issue as necessary. This last rep was rude and had no intention of finding a solution. Perhaps eBay is no longer the marketplace it once was and it is time to take my business to another platform.

Doesn't do any good to contact CS, it's USPS that doesn't scan the ESE items all the time.

As long as you sell items every month...every month of the year...there will be no holds.
If you sold 10 postcards or anything every month for a few bucks...the holds would stop.
eBay puts holds on infrequent sellers.
Customer service is just a 'hello, how are you?' service...

I too had a rude one, the associate was nice but her supervisor was extremely rude, speaking over me, speaking to me like I was stupid and then just hung up on me and wouldn’t let me speak to someone else, and threaten me that lines are recorded at this point I was **bleep**.

If you'll return here and give details of your issue (or, better yet, start a new thread) we might be able to offer help or advice.
Most problems on eBay can be easily solved without having to actually speak with any one employed by eBay. Did you know that?
