This has been an ongoing issue with your website and you want to push the issue onto us.. fix your **bleep** website so that people wont run into this issue any more... this issue has never changed it has been ongoing for years and you guys I guess dont care.... I have enough money in my bank account to cover the cost of the merchandise im trying to buy with a bank issued debit card... yet I cant buy anything because of this error message..  I switch browsers I used different computers phone and pc I cleared cookies history disabled pop up blocker put my browser into the unsecure method I could to no avail you guys have some block you guys use and you need to fix this ...you guys im sure are losing a lot of business over this ongoing issue!

It's not just on Ebay.

It could be a bad connection between the payment processor and your payment source.

A couple months ago, I got that message, so I tried a couple other web sites and same thing.

Tried the next day and it was fine.

Out of curiosity, are you paying with your debit card through PayPal? If not, try that. Good luck.

Frankly dont care... this has been an ongoing issue with ebay for years now!! After I couldnt purchase the items from their website.... I was able to purchase them elsewhere without a problem... Dont care to here excuses about how to fix an issue I know EBAY has had for years and wont fix... Their loss!

No I actually came here because it needs to be fixed its not an issue anywhere but with ebay I remember when this lock out from purchasing encompassed paypal too. Why should you have to wait to purchase something on an auction site because of some lock out issue they have!and why should I let paypal have my info?

Good point. I've been here so long that I don't  count on it. Sometimes I feel like I'm shopping at Workarounds RUs.

Seems like checkout is breezy when I pay via PayPal. I can't give you another reason to let them have your info, though.

I sell here, too, and use it for my shipping costs, so it pulls double duty for me... a non-issue for a buyer, granted. Hmmm...
