I’m trying to buy a items and keep getting this error, anyone know how to fix? Very frustrating because I have items I won bidding awaiting payment.

What kind of error code?  EXACTLY what does it say?  There are a great many options, so you will need to be specific.

Are you still having the problem? I have had the same problems for over a week and nothing works, I call eBay twice and they can’t fix the problem

I'm not having the problem, the OP is.  I asked questions.  No one can even attempt to accurately help you or them without knowing what the error message said EXACTLY.  There are all kinds of error messages, you have to be specific.  It is no like there is only one thing that can have an issue on all of Ebay.
