Hello, I want to add funds to my paypal account, but I can not link my American bank because I am outside of the USA. Is there another way to add funds to my paypal account? Thank you

You may need to link it with a bank account in Thailand. Canadians can only link Paypal to a Canadian bank account in $C so it is likely similar in other countries. But as another poster suggested, it might be best to contact Paypal about it.
If it's available in your country you send money to your PP account via ATM or online banking — there will be an option to add money via ATM somewhere in the menus. They will generate an atm-style transfer code for you
