Why is ebay not acceptig paypal for selling?

Paypal hasn't been used in quite some time for payments received.  You need to apply with managed payments via Payoneer:

Attach your bank account to Payoneer and then wait if they confirm it.  It doesn't take long if all the info matches identically.  Make sure of that, ok?

After your payment method has been confirmed,  you have to be approved by Ebay and that can take up to 30 days.  Lots of people from Sri Lanka looking to sell on ebay so they may be back logged.  While you wait, why not attend the Ebay Academy to learn to be a trusted and good seller?

Ebay can choose how they wish to do business.

Pay Pal never was an option for Sri Lanka, since you can't receive any money through Pay Pal.
