i ordered some fender liner  clips and have not received them yet whats the delay

Shipping can be delayed.  Items from China can take some time.  Wait a few days past the last given delivery date. If it's not arrived, file an item not received case.

You would need to ask your seller. They aren't here. Message them.

Aside from that, eBay, not the seller, puts the delivery date in the listing and it's an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date. 

This is also a time of year when the mail load is heavy and to expect delays.  You have 30 days after the latest expected delivery date to file a claim if you don't receive it.

No one here can answer your question.  This is community discussion forum.  You need to contact the seller whom you bought the clips from. They can tell you what's happening and perhaps give you an update on shipping. 

Remember, this is the holiday season and the mail moves somewhat slower this time of year.

We are NOT your seller.   You need to contact them.  Is the seller in China?  Shipping can take a long time. Chances are very high that your fender liner clips will be garbage.  So go ahead and order them again from a US company .  OR maybe go to an auto body shop  and see if they can give you (or sell you ) the clips.

If your item never arrives, open an item NOT received case.

If the clips are garbage like 99% of stuff from China, open an item NOT described case.
