They only pay out what funds are avaliable.
What do you think the BBB will do?

If you were not aware, the BBB exists to sell memberships to businesses, not to help consumers.
Any resolution received through the BBB is a voluntary act of the business you reported.
Most small businesses and some large businesses will tell you to pound sand.
You get paid in small bits because you sell in small bits, some sales too small to be profitable.

Because you're selling one and two dollar items?

Guess that's up to the BBB. I'll put it in their hands.

And you know this, How?

eBay says that I have credited x amount of dollars, but only pay me in change.

Just what do you think the BBB is going to do?
They don't have the power to do anything.

We can see what you sold.
If you want bigger pay outs, change your pay out options.

What is your pay out schedule.
They only pay what is avaliable at the time they send the funds.

Is the BBB still a thing? I know they published "reviews" and "grades" if you were a member and paid them a fee to do it. They never resolved payment disputes, they just "rated" stuff, like gave it stars.

Can you show us an example of a recent sale (or two) where you were only paid in small increments?
Don't bother with the BBB. They are not going to help you with eBay.

Maybe schedule is put to once daily. Maybe put per mth, cuz when the fees add up payout gets even less.
