Hello, I have had 5 payouts since switching over to managed payments. 4 of these payouts have not been recieved as they were sent to a checking account that does not exist. After four weeks and six phone calls with technical support, the fifth call a tech was able to assist in changing my account info as I was not permitted to in the "edit payout methods" page thus allowing me to recieve my most recent payout. After this most recent call (today) I am under the assumption I will not be recieving these mis managed payouts. Am I the only one this has happened to or is this suppose to be normal? Thanks

How did eBay get hold of the number of a checking account that doesn't exist?

Can you explain better what you mean by "they were sent to a checking account that does not exist"?
If the account did not exist at the bank, I can't see how or why the bank would tell eBay that it was a valid account when you set it up and eBay validated it with the bank. I also can't see how or why the bank would accept multiple payout transfer to a non-existent account, and tell eBay the transfers succeeded.
Are you sure the account does not exist? Or is it that you entered the wrong account number and someone else got the money?

1) Can you contact the bank, and ask if they have received funds for the -non-existent account-?
2) Have you followed up with ebay support to send the funds that are owed to you?

Why do you assume that? ......did you see that the payouts were "declined" by your bank?
