Payouts on hold

I have a message from Ebay telling me to update my account details.  When I open the message, it asks for a valid ID or Passport.  I have uploaded my DL 3 times and I still get the message.  Is this happening to anyone else?  My payments are on hold until I can resolve this, and just wondering who is getting my DL info if Ebay is not acknowledging my uploads?

that happened to me also. i read on here somewhere to retype ss number and dob when adding license pics. that worked for me.

Get used to it. 4 out of my last 5 payouts were put on hold.
