I sold the item, the buyer already has it at home and wrote me a positive review but still ebay writes me this:

Thank you for shipping your order and uploading the tracking details. While we confirm the buyer does not have any issues with the order, your funds will remain on hold until Nov 9.

Is it standard situation? I sold first thing on ebay

Yes, eBay holds funds on new sellers for up to 30 days. Payments on Hold

Yes it is common.

 Please make sure you are reading all of ebays policies.  There are things to protect you but you must understand the risks as there is no do overs.
