Payouts declined

Anyone having issues with payouts being declined? Nothing has changed on my end. Deposits have went in before today, my bank said that its not on their end. eBay made me switch on 11-17-2020, I do like it so far...have to wait for money, where's the savings benefit? I'm going to have to check out other platforms to sell.

Yes im trying to contact ebay but seems they are not available my bank said they are getting many calls about this something seriously wrong it appears

I'm running into the same issue. I only sell a few things here and there so by no means making a living off of eBay. I used PayPal prior to the forced switch and had no issues whatsoever getting paid besides the fact it took forever to receive.

The first sale after switching to the new Managed Payments I received a message saying "We ran into a problem" and that my payment didn't go through  because they "ran into a problem with my bank". I tried to relink my bank account and it wouldn't even let me sign into my account through the eBay portal. Seems like a good chunk of people are having the same issue unfortunately

Same thing happening to me. One payment went through but not the other. Same information.

Also there phone based customer service option isnt working right now. With all the posts on this forum I wonder why they turned that off. 😐

I swear eBay gets worse every year.

Same here this morning, it said my payout didn't go thru with my bank and to check my bank account information.   Obviously, i had a payout yesterday, and just about everyday before that without any problems, so it's not a problem with my account.  Could be a particular bank, i'm with Wells Fargo, you?  My question is, when will they retry to deposit it, they don't say that?

I am with a local bank in Florida, not Wells Fargo so it seems it does not matter which bank you have.  Thank you all for replying. I feel better knowing I have friends/ebayers in this with me 😍. Would be nice to hear from eBay on this matter.

Yes, my bank managed payout was just "declined " by my bank this AM WT*!

Receiving payout issues. Called my bank and they said the problem lies within Ebay.  No live customer service period for any reason. If this is a known issue with Ebay post a response so that we know how to proceed with getting our money.
