Hello.
I have been an eBay seller from Europe for eight years with 100% positive feedback. I encountered a problem after implementing eBay managing payments. The first payment from eBay to my bank account went smoothly and then eBay stopped paying me money for the goods I sold. It happened three months ago. Since then, I have regularly sold items and shipped them to buyers, but eBay has never made a payment to my bank account. I contacted the eBay helpdesk many times and it always promised that the problem would be resolved within a few business days, but nothing happened. A few times they asked me for bank statements, which I sent to them immediately. Over the past week, the eBay Helpdesk has stopped responding to my emails. I currently have to ship a large shipment to my buyer, but I have not received the money for the purchase. The buyer has done everything honestly. He paid for the goods and the delivery. What shall I do? Thanks for the answers.

You should have stopped selling three months ago and stopped digging yourself a bigger hole. I doubt there is anyone here that can help you without a ton more information.

As I wrote, the eBay helpdesk regularly promised to resolve the issue within a few business days. I trusted the eBay help desk and therefore did not stop selling.

For three months????? I don't trust anyone with my money. Certainly not any help desk.

eBay also stopped all my payouts and requested my account statement. I sent my bank account statement to them, but they answered that the numbers of a bank account don't match. It is impossible! I haven't changed my bank account information.
Maybe you can help me to solve this problem?
Would appreciate all kind of information provided by you.

I managed to solve this problem. It took more than three months. I also had problems with bank verification. eBay sent one payment to my bank account and then suspended further payments without explanation. Then I add another bank account. They accepted that. I kept writing to the eBay helpdesk because I couldn't call them. Unfortunately, people working in the helpdesk are trained to respond politely rather than solve problems. I suggest adding another bank account and constantly (every day) reminding them of your problem in every way possible. Good luck.
