This new payout system will cause buyers/sellers to do their transactions without eBay.

I would have no eBay buyer protection. No way I would buy anything from you, or any other seller without those protections.
As a seller waiting for "real world, real time" payments to arrive in my checking account is not an issue.
Nearly 2 years in MP, hundreds of sales, never a payment issue.

Not me. And if they begin here, they really need to finish here... the payment system notwithstanding. Good luck to you.

If that's your plan, then you might want to think about potential results of doing an off-eBay transaction.

What makes you thing a buyer even would notice if a seller in in MPs?
Buyers are still paying with Paypal as they always have in the past. MPs does not affect the buyers at all.

Why would buyers care how sellers are paid? Most sellers will adapt. Amazon sellers are paid every two weeks, after you meet your rolling reserve, and the line is out the door for new sellers waiting to join. If you're making money you will stay.

sellers have adapted to the new system. It's not as bad as it seemed when I first onboarded to it over 2 years ago. Just takes some getting used to.
You will need to adjust your selling strategy to make it work for your individual comfort levels.

Would you mind explaining that statement a bit more in detail. Most buyers are not even likely to know anything about MP unless a seller tells them. What is it that you think you would gain by taking your transactions off Ebay?
