Payout issue

I just got a payout sent to an old bank instead of my preferred payout method. Will I be able to get those funds into my new bank? If so how do I do it?

I've never heard of this issue. Have you contacted your old bank? Was your old bank ever  your preferred payout bank?

The funds will  be in your old bank account if that's where they were sent.

You'll need to talk to your old bank.
