Payout Failed Multiple Times

Now I get an email from EBay that they are charging me! I haven’t shipped the item yet because I don’t have the money to do so! My bank account is currently negative. I use Chime. eBay customer service rep was very hard to understand and told me to contact Chime. Chime rep wasn’t much easier to understand and told me that I have not gotten any payouts! I’d close my EBay account but it says I can’t due to u resolved payments!

Have you tried buying the shipping label thru eBay shipping and printing the label out?

You do not have to have money for the label. You choose to have the label paid for from the buyer's payment when you make the label on PayPal.

If you have to refund the buyer  eBay won't  do it until you attach a method to pay your seller fees. These are fees that aren't  taken from the payout. The buyer will get their payment back but the .30 transaction fee comes from the payment method you attached.

And now eBay is refunding for you and of course getting it from your payment source...

eBay is not for everyone.

As for not received payments:  were they sent by eBay or were they still on hold due to you being a new user??
