I’m receiving emails that my payouts have failed & I need to contact my bank or check my info - which is correct. I’ve also seen that the issue has been corrected as of December 2 (today). However, I am still getting these emails & I have multiple payments I’m owed. Any info or resolution?? It’s sad they made these changes before having everything working...this is people’s income they’re messing with.

I didn't say anything about Ebay's profit margin either. Like for the other poster I said nothing about Ebay's stock prices, I said nothing about the profit margin Ebay may have. So I'll give you the same link I gave them which has to do with REVENUE, not profits and not stock prices.

Now as to What Ebay's profit margin is, I honestly haven't paid any attention to it this year. I'm not aware that Ebay laid off employees. I Googled your assertion but I didn't find anything about 2020 layoffs. I certainly could have missed something as I did a quick search, so if you have more detailed information on this, I'd really like to read it.
You are aware that every site similar to Ebay has had their own money processing program for years, right?

You can get this information just by reading this blog.
Yes, have you read my responses to many of them. You talk as if I'm defending these issues. You will find not a single post by me that does that. So please don't misrepresent what I've stated. If there is a post of mine you take an issue with, let's discuss it, tell me which post.

I suggest you go to Ebay Seller page below on Facebook, that is the best option at this point. Send a private message with the details of you issue.

Facebook nor Twitter for Ebay will be able to help with problems related to MP. It is unfortunate to be sure. The only source sellers have at this point is to call the MP help line. That far too often results in them telling you they will call you back. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. It is a mess to be sure. But you only option right now.
Ebay has really dropped the ball on CS for MP. It is totally unacceptable and Ebay needs to fix this issue now.

SET WILD SPECULATION ON
Now that eBay is assuming title to funds from the buyer, there seems to be some instances of account restriction on the basis of an initial credit report.
The payout riddle, short of complete negligence on eBay's part, may have something to do with the spate of INRs this USPS holiday season. As eBay may take the refund from the checking account, this could result in a cascade of bank charge disputes which could lead to blacklisting if this has not already occurred.
eBay may be trying to figure out a way around this while, in the meantime, keeping your money.

It's counter-intuitive that MBG and ACH mix.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Not what either were designed for.

Can't say that I understand this post. You'll need to be a bit more descriptive. I don't even remember discussing the MBG [money back guarantee]. I also don't know what the MBG could possibly have with the ACH banking system.

I have not gotten a single dime of payouts since I was forced to join the MP . Same as others said , l get numerous emails from eBay states payout sent , from sent to complete taking about 2 weeks , and nothing in my account ! I also got one that says payout failed , but why would it fail on only one transaction ? It sure stinks !

To pay a bill you setup direct debit with a vendor; to receive a paycheck you setup credit transfer with an employer.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Both is the exception rather than the rule.

I would make more sense to simply use Adyen like Paypal and not consign accounts receivable over to eBay as a factor.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Adyen charges a processing fee + a payment method fee.

I do not have any idea of what this has to do with anything. I don't have to set up a "direct debit" with a vendor to pay them. And I did not have to set up a "credit transfer" with an employer when I worked outside the home. Still neither has anything to do with the discussion here. So the purpose of bringing this up is what exactly?

Odd!! Adyen is the money processor that Ebay hired to do the money processing. Why does this mean? Adyen charges a fee to Ebay for services rendered but not all the fees charged in MP belongs to Adyen. Again your posts are quite puzzling to say the least.

You are correct on this one. Your post is "WILD SPECULATION".

Electronic bank transfers setup with another entity are generally one way or the other - debit or credit.
The exception would be Papyal - or in a more perfect eBay world - Adyen; only eBay turns the Adyen side of the supply chain relationship into a black box under the guise of MP.

Thanks to you it works for all of us.

You say that like it's a bad thing.

Speculative reasoning then.
