Payoneer switch from paypal, NOT HAPPY WITH THAT
I just went to sign up and I disagreed to their yearly charge of $29.99, therefore I was unable to continue.
I wish 4 million people would give me $29.99 a year each!!! I wonder if I can still buy using paypal, I don't know but I guess I will find out next month in July.
The rich getting richer again at the expense of the poor.

Well, I don’t really care what contract eBay has with Payoneer. The contract I’m supposed to agree to is with Payoneer and it’s not clear what the charges are. Again, there’s nothing managed about this, I have to deal with a 3rd party again.
As for avoiding the fee, the only option I see is canceling the Payoneer account if I don’t use it for a while. That’s not practical as I don’t know when I will be using it. It’s just a blatant money grab for no services provided.

I'm not a Payoneer expert at all. But it is my understanding that the ONLY fees you will have are through Ebay's Managed Payments.

Hi just to clarify - Payoneer is not a payment option, but it is the payout option for sellers in areas not serviced by Adyen.
Sellers do NOT require a Payoneer account any more than they require an Adyen account.
Members will not need to change site registration in order to register to have their payments managed by eBay, they just need to make sure that their registration information matches their verification information (name and address on bank account, etc). As long as that is correct they should use the links within the email notification to register and our system will take care of the rest.

So if one year I sold nothing, then on the following year all my selling income up to $30 will go to payoneer to cover the annual fee! I confirmed this with payoneer support!

Ebay is old, fully of buttons everywhere. But i can't find any good alternative so far. Can you recommend one?

I'm sorry, but if eBay has told you that you need to provide a Payoneer account to enroll with managed payments, then there is no alternative. If you want to continue selling on eBay, then you will need to provide a Payoneer account. eBay is working with Payoneer to implement managed payments for all country/regions that are not covered by Adyen, which means all countries outside of the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU (except for Iceland).
FYI, the information posted several times on this thread last month, stating you did not need to sign up for a Payoneer account, was a misunderstanding. You do need to provide a Payoneer account, for managed payments to deposit your payments into, if you continue to sell on eBay. The Payoneer account is used in place of the bank account that sellers have to provide with Adyen.
More information about managed payments for Global sellers is available here:

I agree. I have 4 accounts on ebay, but 17% of fees is abusive and I did not receive my payment after 4 business days! Where is my payment?

Seems the mandatory $29.99 per year fee is only there if you sign up to Payoneer via eBay.
The mandatory $29.99 per year fee notice is not there when you sign up with Payoneer separately and then just link the account with eBay. That being said doing it that way you may still need to pay the $29.99 per year fee

Change your address to a us address and get a us bank account and screw them.

How do you open a US bank account if you aren't in the US?

They will also need a SS number.

Paypal will also have a fee for inactive accounts. They just announced it in Canada so I suspect that it will affect other countries as well.

I just skimmed over the information in the links but it seems if Payoneer will work similar to Paypal. The money will be deposited to Payoneer and then the seller can deposit that money into their bank account. Is that how you see it? Out of curiosity, will the seller be able to pay for items with the funds in their Payoneer account?
