Payoneer scamming again and stealing extra fees that was not included nowhere

but in finally i get scammed second time from payoneer and get 182,38  US

Why ebay give them exclusive permission withdrawal our money and steal extra fees

Are you ransferring to a local bank in a different currency?

There's a 2% transfer fee for non local currency. 2% of $750 is $15.
