I am trying since 3 of august to have me account verified with my document ID and I just can't.
I have change my username and business info and then they ask me an ID verification.
First was my business info that doesn't match with my ID name, I updated.
Numis, we appreciate that you provided details and made changes in your account to complete the verification. Upon checking further with my team we found that, you have successfully changed the name in business information section. However the banner is still there in your account. Hence we request you to follow the banner in your account and upload your government ID proof to get re-verified. Once your name matches with the ebay account's name, your verification will be completed and the banner will go away.
Then they said was a technical problem with this answer:
I know a simple apology cannot suffice the trouble you have been facing but I genuinely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
As discussed earlier, I have been working with our IT team and I am glad to see that your documents were accepted for review and now it is under review which take around 48 hours to complete.
I already switch 31 emails with costumer support and nobody can help me and my payment are on hold!

As you are in Portugal, wouldnt your payments be made thru Payoneer?
