Payments are printing horizontally instead of vertically. Can anyone help, please?

Yesterday our payments began printing horizontally on the paper instead of vertically. The font is also very small. We have done checked our printer settings and nothing has changed there. This is hard to work with and difficult to read. Is this happening to anyone else? Thank you in advance.

Did you try right clicking on your mouse and see if you can change the settings?

I can't change the print to the right settings. The horizontal print is way too small to read.  This all started four or five days ago???

OK, try a different browser.

If that doesn't work, clear all your cookies / cache.  Close your device down for a few minutes.  Fire it back up and see if it clears the issue.
