After the buyer has paid and it's in ebay's hand they have it where it says processing to be completed on then the date. What happens if that doesn't happen on the given date? I ask because we have certain days as sellers to have things done if not we could lose top seller and that cost us money.

On this account, it doesn't show you are a TRS so it won't cost you anything..
Some payments might take a little longer to process then others, but if Ebay says it's OK to ship, I ship.

Ship when you are supposed to ship.
When the "processing is completed" should not factor into when you ship.

If eBay says that the buyer has paid and it's time to ship, then you ship; you don't wait for the funds to actually be deposited in your account. I see you were dinged with a Neutral for shipping a week after payment. That in itself will not harm your seller standing (or your feedback percentage), but it's not a complaint that you want to have showing in your feedback.
If eBay tells you that the buyer's payment is complete, then you can assume that you will be receiving it in your account in the coming days (depending on which payment schedule you have selected), but don't wait for that to happen before shipping.

When payment is authorised and then is processing, that means the money is yours, it's simply being process through the banking system. No backsies from the buyer after that. Similar when you go to the store and pay for your goods with your debit card - payment is authorised and they give you your items. The store doesn't tell you to come back for your items when the payment is finally in their bank.

Processing being completed doesn't mean the money is in your bank. It then has to be sent and then has to make it to the bank. It's an extra day or 2 after processing is completed
Don't rely on, expect, or even bother to look at when you are supposed to get a payment.
It is completely independent from anything else you do.

My question was not about shipping. I'm saying ebay gives you a date when for when they are done processing your money and moves it to completion. Now you can withdraw your money. But how about the date they give you comes and goes? We get penalized for being late. Shouldn't they be held to the same standards?

My question had nothing to do with shipping.

My question had nothing to do with shipping or the buyer.

I know this I'm saying if ebay tells you when they are going to do something and they don't do it . Nothing happens . They give us a date when we have to do something and if we miss it , it goes against our performance and could end up costing us money. They should be held to the same standards that they hold us to.

My question had nothing to do with shipping or the buyer. It was if ebay gives you a date when they are going to do something and they don't do it nothing happens to them. We have dates ebay gives us to do something and if we don't do it we get penalized in our performance and could end up costing us money. Ebay should be held to the if not higher standards then the sellers. That's what my question was about.

Not a TRS that's a whole other topic we can explore because there is no reason what so ever that i shouldn't be. To deal with my question that had nothing to do with shipping. Ebay tells us sellers when we must ship or download tracking number or whatever. Then when they have your money and say processing to be completed July 26th. Then July 26th comes and goes and they have not completed it. Nothing happens to them. It hurts are performance and could end up costing us money. But it's OK for them to miss dates. They should be held to the same standard as us or even a higher standard. They mess up like that then all fees for that transaction should be canceled. One they missed the date and two thet lied to you.

Ok then next time you have money processing try and withdraw it. You can't. It's not in the banking system it's in the ebay system. So your backsies commit is worthless and wrong. This forum is for helping people. Not for trying to make people look stupid but you did do a good job on making yourself look that way since you don't know what your talking about. So if your not helping then your part of the problem so just quit.
