Hi, one of my items has been sold and the status has been paid, but I don't see it in my payoneer account, where do I know that the item has been paid, if it is still on hold it should still appear in payooner, please help.

If the buyer has paid you need to ship.

Because you are a new seller your funds will be held for 30 days. That is why you aren't  seeing the money in your Payoneer account yet.

Look on this page to see the status:

If funds are on hold by eBay they will not appear on Payoneer. Funds won't show on Payoneer until eBay releases the hold and sends the funds to your Payoneer account.
