A buyer had recently bought something from me but it keeps on saying buyer hasn’t paid but it gave me a email saying to redeem the money but when I do no money shows up and the guy is telling my that my account is messed up and says he paid me but there’s no money in my bank account so some one help me

You may be being scammed or you have your PayPal addy set up wrong. That last part gets a lot of new users.

Never just trust an eMail saying you've been payed: check the payment method and see if you have.

If no payment shows in PP then you have not been payed.

If it does not show on eBay as payed or pending payment and need to ship you have not been payed.

Do you know how to go to your Payments page and look and your summary?  If the payment is made it will show here.

You're being paid through Pay Pal, so your payments will be in your Pay Pal account.

If there is no payment there, check your listing and make sure you entered the correct Pay Pal email address.

eBay/PayPal don't work that way. You don't "redeem" anything. When (if) the buyer pays, the payment goes into your PayPal account. If it isn't there, you haven't been paid, or you typed your PayPal email address incorrectly in the payments section of your listing.

Do you see the transaction in your PayPal account?

BTW, if you clicked on something in an email that may be a phishing attempt, you should run a malware scan on your computer.
