I just sold and item and ebay send me a message that the item has been paid and on my page it dtates item paid ship now. But the money isn't in my PayPal or bank account...Where is the money. I know ebay changed the way you get pay. But I don't know how you get pay now or where the money goes

You are in "managed payments"

Buyer payment no longer goes to PP.

It goes to the checking account that you provided.

Payouts of available (those that have processed) funds is done Daily(M-F), or Weekly (on Tuesdays).

Daily does not mean the day the buyer paid, nor does it mean every day, but only on days when funds are available.

Processing takes 1-2 days. MP does not "front" the payment the way PP did.

Payout generally next business day after processed.

My "payouts" are in my checking account next business day.YMMV

 You will be able to see the status of the buyer payment by clicking on "payments" in the seller's hub.

Be sure to ship within your stated handling time.  Some are reluctant to ship, stating that they want the funds in their account before they ship anything.

When eBay shows the item as "awaiting shipping" that means that just like when PP said "OK to ship", the payment has been confirmed by eBay MP, and the payment will process.

If you wish to wait be sure to change the handling time in your listings ....................  before the item is sold.

I have been in MP since August 2019. Hundreds of payments, and have never had a buyer payment fail to be paid after showing confirmed by eBay MP.

Just to add. Label can be purchased from "pending funds", or from PP.  Scroll down on the label printing page to select payment choice.

l have gotten NO payouts since joining MP in Nov . keep getting messages to  " fix" my banking stuff to get verified but nothing works !

I had a sell and it says paid but no funds in Paypal. I have a print-on-demand company that produces the product and they can't start making it without getting paid. I am not going to ship without getting my money. 

I don't know what the new payment  is but there isn't an option in Payment Policy for any other method except Paypal or Paypal with credit cards. I haven't determined if it's something I have to set up or Ebay but it's not an available option for me.

You can't reach anyone at Ebay and they don't respond to messages to assist. I can't open a payment not received notice because on the site it shows paid. So, it's already been 3 days and I can't move forward on getting their order produced. 

It really upsets me when someone messes up something that wasn't broken.

You are in MP (managed payments) now, go to the seller hub and click the payment tab.
