Payment problem

Maybe someone can help. I bought an item and the money was taken from my account. But the item never showed up in my purchases. Also, the payment taken says "eBay Commerce Inc". I've tried to reach out to the seller, but he hasn't answered back.

payment services will show eBay as the merchant;

Do you have an item number??

You can also do an advanced search on the seller and from that items that seller has sold.

May be a glitch with purchase history going on...

Perhaps you purchased the item as a guest on ebay and you wore not logged into your ebay account.

Check yuor emails.
