Payment pending and then not done

Hello,

I won an auction and ebay now says pay now. I clicked on pay now and I get the message that the payment was successful and the item will arrive until the estimated. BUT I don't see any transaction on PayPal and the money are still in my bank account. And when I go at the purchase history, the order says payment pending instead of success. And after a little, the order is again at "pay now status" as if I never tried paying for it. It's the first time I am facing something like that. I made an order some days ago and everything was went normally. Can I or the seller do something about it to buy the item? Any help would be appreciated.
