I got two notices - one to upload my driver's license and another to update my phone and email. I uploaded the driver's license but when I click on the link to update phone etc, it takes me to the driver's license page. I did those a short time ago anyways. I get a flag on all my ebay pages saying I need to update by Sept 4 BUT I ALREADY DID THAT! And they're withholding my sales, and deducted store fees from my bank account - they take but do not give.
They have my tax info, they have my address, they have my bank account, they have my email and they have my phone. Why the **** do they need my driver's license, which I uploaded TWICE anyways? I've been here 18 years and they sure as hell should know who I am!
With all the multitude of pages, where do I find the page to update my account info?
