Payment method issue

My PayPal was limited last month. Then I submitted all required documents and again restored the PayPal. Now there is no issue with PayPal. But still can't list any item with this email address. It is saying Invalid PayPal.  I can't even unlink the PayPal email. It s automatically going to eBay summery. Kindly give me a solution for this issue
