Some times my debit card is not working when I am trying to pay for buying items. But when I ask from the bank they told me it was not their fault. Any suggestions???

It's your bank in Sri Lanka that is blocking the payments.
They want to keep what little money they have left in Sri Lanka and they are blocking a lot of international transactions.
