Payment issue

Hello,

Parker blendy here,

I have a new store with only 13 reviews so i cannot afford a bad review, but i have a person who bid on two collectable plates. each plate was $4.00 with $12,95 shipping. I told him i would take one of the shipping charges off. I gave him a discount of $12.95 so he was only paying one shipping charge. I explained this on his invoice and in an email. The response i got back is to see if we can work on the shipping charges. He purchased the item on the 13th. I sent him a second invoice today again explaining that i discounted the amount of one of the shipping charges. He (or she) still has not paid for the items.

Not sure what to do at this point. Should i wait longer? Should I report it? Like i said in the beginning, i cannot afford to get a bad review because i insist he pay for at least one of the shipping fees. Afterall, the fees are clearly listed on the platform.

Stop communicating with them: after four days cancel sale due to non paying bidder.

I suspect you not going to get paid for this one.

Is your other name lovemeagain_0 and did you just make an identical post on the selling board under that name titled Non Payment?
