Payment is hold

I have been selling since January and have typically received my payout in 3 business days. I was using my bank account as preferred method but switched to my debit card for payouts. It has been 3 business days and my account has not processed my payments. I also do daily payouts. I’ve been having a hard time getting help from customer service as it says they’re not available.

It's not typical to be paid in 3 days when you are new at selling. eBay's Payment Hold Policy states payments can be held up to 30 days when you are a new seller.
