Cannot Withdraw

I sold my first item on the 22nd of February. EBay said I needed to update my bank account, which I did, I've then waited for the checks to happen, I see that they paid £0.01 into my account to confirm everything and the notification that they were doing these checks has gone. I have received no further messages or errors. 

However, I still can't withdraw my balance, the button is greyed out. There are no messages or emails saying anything  about it and I've tried to go through CS and just get told "Your payouts are on hold because we need more information to verify your account. For more details, check Messages or the email we sent you."

I haven't had any communication around the payments being on hold. What am I doing wrong here? How can I resolve it?

eBay has a payment hold policy for new sellers. They hold payments up to 30 days when you're a new or infrequent seller or you sell an item over $1,000.
