Payment failed,update payment detail or use different payment method

Ebay keeps telling me Payment failed,update payment detail or use different payment method.

So i keep on using the same payment method cause that all i got a debit card. Until i see payment successful and the i got a email saying that my payment did not go through..so i did the whole payment process over and over again ,until i got fed up because it never went through.

I check my card balance and the money was gone from my account but it was on pending..

I am really **bleep** right now cause my debit card is on hold because of all of this
