So, I was buying items online (but they're digital, and the transactions were made on a guest account) so when I did click buy with my Mastercard, I received a notification that it didn't go through, but my bank said so otherwise.
For further elaboration, I thought it was a one time glitch, so I tried again and again, but got the same results. And then a few minutes later, I received messages saying I did buy those items and that I seems that I was charged many times for each "retry" on the purchase. All the receipts added up to $215!
And I can't even check if the payment went through since I was using a guest account and only got a online receipt/REFID given by the notification,there's absolutely NO WAY to check the transaction history aswell. And I'm very scared if it did went through because that would be so much money down the drain and I didn't even get anything from it.
If someone can help, I'm willing to hear out some explanations, and I'm willing to check with my bank if necessary
